Kyra incorporates tarot cards in therapy or group therapy sessions as a therapeutic tool to facilitate introspection, reflection, and insight. By selecting and interpreting tarot cards, Kyra encourages clients to tap into their intuition and subconscious, providing a unique avenue for self-exploration and understanding. Tarot works therapeutically by offering symbolic imagery and archetypal themes that resonate with the client's experiences and emotions, sparking meaningful conversations and insights. Kyra guides clients in interpreting the cards and exploring their personal associations and reactions, fostering deeper self-awareness and insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Kyra utilizes active imagination during therapy sessions as a powerful technique to help clients access and explore their unconscious minds. This is done through guided visualization and deep relaxation, which encourages clients to engage with their inner imagery, sensations, and emotions. Active imagination helps bridge the gap between the conscious and unconscious realms, allowing for the expression and integration of unconscious material into conscious awareness. Kyra guides clients in dialogue with emerging symbolic figures and scenes, helping them uncover deeper insights into their inner conflicts, desires, and aspirations. By harnessing the transformative potential of active imagination, Kyra assists clients in unlocking new perspectives, resolving inner conflicts, and cultivating greater self-awareness and personal growth within the therapeutic process.
